I'd always thought that Yoga wasn't for me, until my sister recommended Lisa's classes and I went along to see for myself. I've learnt a new awareness of my body - internally and externally, which has helped me remain supple, walk tall and manage stressful situations. This isn't something I'll be giving up anytime soon!
